Fault phenomenon and elimination method of submersible pump
Submersible pumps do not have water, indirect water or a lack of water
1, check the motor. To see whether the motor has been started, not starting, check the motor circuit, circuit fault can be excluded; see the motor circuit is connected to the correct, check whether the pump reverse, reverse the pump, the power supply line can be changed.
2, check the pipeline. To see whether there is blocking, pipeline rupture, strainer is blocked. If the pipeline rupture should be repair welding or tube, remove the blockage, the fault can be ruled out.
3, check the pump casing seal, check the impeller is damaged. Elimination method: the replacement of Xinmi sealing ring, impeller.
Two, the motor can not start and with the hum
1, check the motor circuit, whether a phase circuit, check voltage, whether the voltage is too low. Circuit repair, adjust the voltage is normal, the fault can be ruled out.
2, check whether there is a foreign body inside the impeller, bearing damage, remove foreign matter or replace the bearing can be.
Three, the current is too large, the current table pointer swing
1, buy a new pump, the reasons for the shaft bending, the bearing is not concentric, immediately return the sales department or manufacturer.
2, check whether the thrust bearing wear is serious, whether the impeller and seal ring friction marks. The elimination method, the replacement thrust bearing or the thrust disc, the impeller rotation is no longer with the seal ring friction can.
3, check the shaft and the relative rotation is flexible, rotation is not flexible, should replace or repair the bearing.
4, water level dropped to below the water inlet. Flow or well change should be reduced.
Four, the unit running violent vibration
1, check the connection bolt is loose, should tighten the bolt.
2, the motor rotor imbalance, pump impeller imbalance, motor or pump shaft bending, etc., should be sent to the manufacturing plant for processing.
